Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide HR analytics and help in managing & driving strategies to constantly improve employee experience and consistently strive towards making Air Works “A Great Place to Work”
  • Manpower Planning and budgeting
  • MIS, adherence to the Operating Plan, Monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Partnering with the regional HR teams to facilitate recruitment process for various business verticals
  • Reviewing, identifying, designing, developing and implementing Performance Management and Succession Planning from time to time
  • Educate business leaders on HR trends and strategies that affect the business
  • Build and develop various projects to boost employee engagement and implement on a pan India level at various locations
  • Partner with and provide feedback to the business heads to ensure effective, efficient HR operations services across geographies, focusing on delivery improvements
  • Identify, develop and implement Learning & Development programs to help enhance technical and behavioral competencies of the employees at a pan India level
  • Oversee and manage the HR Shared Services for the entire organization
  • Drive the Statutory Compliances for pan-India locations. Work closely with the business leaders, consultants and government officials to make sure the organization is compliant
  • Review, update and implement HR related policies, practices and processes from time-to-time

Qualifications

  • MBA, preferably with an advanced degree in HR and graduation in any mainstream subject
  • 8 to 12 years of relevant work experience, preferably in service Industry

Skills Required

  • Demonstrated success in managing HR Programs in a complex, matrix, and global business environment
  • Ability to demonstrate proven success in direct and indirect influencing of teams
  • Strong project management and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong organizing skills. Good time management. Attention to detail
  • At ease working with senior leaders
  • Depth of experience with delivery of HR Programs and Processes
  • Knowledge of Industrial Relations
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
